2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW
The March Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM for its Organizational Meeting at City Hall, located at 150 N Main St., Imlay City, MI 48444.
The March Board of Review will hold hearings pertaining to assessments on:
Monday, March 16, 2026 · 3:00 PM-9:00 PM
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 · 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
The tentative ratios and estimated multipliers necessary to compute individual state equalized values are as follows:

Written appeals should be mailed to: March Board of Review, 150 N Main St, Imlay City, MI 48444, and must be received by the Board of Review at City Hall by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

CITY OF IMLAY CITY
PUBLIC NOTICE
VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 26th day of February 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at City Hall, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance application for Ivan Ammori on behalf of 1995 Cedar St. LLC, located at 1995 S. Cedar St., I19-85-253-040-00, for a variance from Section 4.30 Standards for Compliance for Existing Sites regarding the installation of new landscaping.
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation should contact the City Clerk a week in advance to request mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance at (810) 724-2135. This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meetings Act.

The City has achieved Tree City USA status by meeting four core standards of sound urban forestry management: Maintaining a tree board or department, having a community tree ordinance, spending at least $2 per capita on urban forestry and celebrating Arbor Day.
