The City of Imlay City's Housing Board of Appeals consists of 5 members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Commission for 3-year terms. The City Commission may appoint not more than two alternate members.
The Housing Board of Appeals is responsible for upholding the objectives of the Rental Dwelling Code, found in the Code of Ordinances, Title 15, Chapter 150, Rental Dwelling Code 150.30 through 150.41
The City of Imlay City's Housing Board of Appeals is scheduled for the first Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the City office, 150 North Main Street. Please check with City Hall to make sure the meeting has not been cancelled.
