CITY OF IMLAY CITY
UPDATE TO MASTER PLAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to state Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, the Planning Commission of City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at the City Office, located at 150 N Main Street Imlay City MI 48444. The public hearing is intended to provide an opportunity for interested citizens to express their opinions regarding all aspects of a proposed update to the City’s Master Plan. The Master Plan serves as a guide for the physical development of the City, by setting forth goals and policies and providing a comprehensive view of the preferred future.

An electronic copy of the proposed Master Plan can be downloaded from the City’s website at the following internet address: www.imlaycity.org. You may also request to view a hard copy of the Master Plan at City Offices.

Those unable to attend the public hearing are invited to submit written comments to the attention of the City Clerk at the City Office address noted above or by e-mail to treasurer@imlaycity.org. All written comments must be received by no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
